Yes, you still don't have to worry for drones upto 2kg untill you are using them for non-commercial purposes or recreational (hobby) use.

Meko bhi seekhna padega. Although I understand the concept, I have never taken time out to tune a quad to perfection. I mostly just stick to default values of PID. I do dial in my Rates though.

I don't see it falling, I think more and more people are going to get into FPV as the abundance knowledge increases. I am all for it. If proceeded under good guidance it has the potential to teach you a lot. I also want Fixed wing RC hobby to thrive in India.
