Yes New Orleans just had their long famous Southern Decadance Festival, LGBTQAA+++ , very next week Cat 1 Hurricane which was suppose to go north,, instead madea SHARP right turn and hit New Orleans as it STALLEDDDDD over Lake Pontchatrain. Then Ida 2021 was a MONSTER,, now this CAT 1,,,,, The French Quarter has LGBTQ fests at least 6 to 7 x's a year, most weeks long.
