Here's some good news for the day / week / month depending on the frequency of news: 1) Damodar Ispat has most likely been sold to Giridhan Metals Pvt Ltd. the Project is around 1k crores. It is currently undergoing expansion. 2) Tata Steel Mining has taken over Rohit Ferro Alloys and have started revamp work as visible from land sat images. 3) Vasavi Steel Plant which was probably closed down is undergoing a revamp as well as evident from land sat images. 4) Gagan Group subsidiary Spintech Tubes Limited has started construction of their 3200 crores steel plant at Jamuria (entire Jamuria is booming right now, idk why this is happening all of a sudden). Total project area is around 240 acres; I think first phase is on 113 acres.
