Hello Asad, i need your recommendation, i have a diesel generator De850E0, and it can run for 3 hours without any problem but sometimes i receive an alarm- gen reverse vars shutdown. this generator work alone( not connected to the grid or other generator). please correct me- i just need to make a bridge at AVR ( S1-S2)?

Plz review the direction of CT placement. You have explained that P1 & S1 are coming from generator and P2&S2 have to go towards output terminal. I was seeing diagram of Cummins generator where it was showing inversely as you explained, mean P2&S2 were coming from generator and P1&S1 were going towards output terminal.

P1 and P2 is the direction of CT from Generator to Load. S1 and S2 are the CT terminals, it can be different according to manufacturer. You need to follow circuit diagram specifically for generator (Where you want to connect)
