Nikki has been a vegan for five years - five years she's spent fighting it out on the WSL Championship Tour against the best surfers in the world. Nikki's surfing has landed her in the upper ranks of the tour. She surfed her way to her first-ever event win in Portugal in 2017. Now she's chasing her first ever world title.
