Drowning near Bermuda Beach in Galveston on June 7, 2024

A bystander said they saw the victim running and swimming early Friday. About an hour later, they found her body in ankle-deep water.

She was a close families friend so we all appreciate the support her name de’ona she was a wonderful albino woman but we’re still unsure as to how she may have drowned because she was initially a swimming teacher at a near by facility close to where she resided in Galveston we all just hope no foul play was involved 😔
