Hi Doc: Greetings from your pal on the Gulf side. Happy to hear you're now well. Moreover, the advice proffered is duly noted. I've since returned to New England to enjoy 3 of the 4 seasons. Went to Singapore and other Asian vacation destinations from February through April of this year. Can't wait to return again. Everything is 5 stars at a fraction of the cost here. And the young women there are amongst the most beautiful and gracious in the world. They respect older age, not to mention they absolutely adore and worship the tall and rigid anatomy of the men in the west. They joyfully climb every mountain (lol). Anyway, my thoughts and best wishes are with you always. You're a life-long friend. If you need anything, I'll be on an airplane in a minute. Love you amigo!

Can you use saline during a penile implant revision?

I'm not sure I fully understand the question - where would the saline be used?

@@DrPaulPerito I got a malleable and am smaller than I was before. One doctor suggested it was just retraction and swelling and to wait a year. Another doctor suggested immediate revision but wanted to use saline injected into the corporal body during revision.
