He ended up holding me up by my neck against the kitchen cupboards after a heavy night of him binge drinking whisky. Our 12 year old son walked in and saved my life. I believe the court has to order the removal of the child or someone has to make a complaint to CPS. A major component of our legal system is that until proven in a court of law an accused person is innocent. So at this point Jay Z may have been accused but he is innocent of the charges.
