If they think that already at 7 years of age they sure don't need to wait till he's 15 I know 15 year old boy who has killed several animals who knows how young that started, he was such a bully at school he got permanently expelled then he was sent to a special school then he started committing crimes. He was adopted by his aunt after his parents abused him and his brother CPS took them. They are now so afraid of him they lock their bedroom at night, he is being sent to a wilderness School for a year and he can never return to their house that's how afraid they are of him. Hopefully they will be able to do something with him before he kills a person I predicted he could be possible school shooter, he's a serial killer in the making for sure. No school will have him there anymore so he's going to end up in the penitentiary at that wilderness school doesn't help him.
