It’s sad to see how many people have such little respect for themselves that they will continue to let family members that don’t align with their standards and morals to stay in contact with them. People need to remember blood means absolutely nothing. It is how they treat you that makes them deserving of certain titles, I’m sure she would not be friends with anyone that behaved like this but she stays in contact because it’s her sister and many of you do that and I ask you why are you lowering yourself and your aura by giving permission to someone to constantly disrupt it just because their blood. She is not a sister. She is simply a relative she does not earn the title of sister. Do you get what I’m saying. Same way you choose your friends wisely. Choose who you surround yourself with in your family wisely if someone is negative to you you have the complete right to distance yourself.

You can tell that Dr. Phil is the first person who is being nice to her. The stepmother does not look happy when Dr. Phil told the girl she's a good person and he likes her. As a matter of fact the stepmother looks mad about that. You can tell that the stepmother wanted Dr. Phil to yell at the girl and make it all her fault. She was really surprised when Dr. Phil asked her what her role was in it and she basically said nothing. I guess the stereotype about stepmothers is true.

Her sister is a right fighter, a blame is all you, I’m perfect and too good for you person. She has no forgiveness or support for her sister, she just beats her down with judgement, to a point where the step mom joins in. It’s like they want to destroy her self esteem for sport. Maybe take a look in the mirror, and if you see no blame on yourself and your treatment, just walk away and leave her alone. Yes, she has made mistakes, but your lack of support and judgement is fuelling the fire.

So sad . Divorce often makes kids act out . Feel alone. Definitely can feel abandoned by your parent and jealousy can be palpable … my stepmom was very unkind to us as kids … now thankfully , all is forgiven and we have a great relationship 🛐 My sister is my best friend today . When I was a teen , I was terrible and I know I embarrassed her . I pray for forgiveness and understanding . There is nothing like a sister ❤❤❤❤🛐🛐🛐

Personality problems are hard to flip. Even with therapy. If it's only the issues of "black sheep" and lack of communication, that's one thing. But this girl has dug herself into a foxhole, and we don't know how she really feels, because Dr. Phil took up that space telling her how she felt. But I think this may go deeper, and I'm not sure she's going to be willing to change much. She's up against some very angry family, and forgiveness is not her high suit.
