Anyone who listens to Trump and says he won't actually go through with his rants has buried their head in the sand. During his first term, he tried to push through many crazy things that people around him slowed or stopped (but it was still on record). The Heritage Foundation has been lining up people up for government positions for years in case Trump got elected again, and they made sure loyalty pledges were signed.
