It is hard work Charles, an almost day and night job. But it is worth it. Working with animals, and being your own boss, doing the work you chose and love. Nothing good comes easy, remember that.❤😁😊

Another benefit of living in Georgia: if weather is right, we can get 3 cuts - May, July and September. A big hay operation in Alabama lost their big round baler that same way. Totally destroyed it AND the tractor. Praise God you were alert to it and took quick action.

It is a secure job, you can do for the rest of your life. You are independent and lucky. Hold on Charles, you are doing very well. btw, every kind of job is 'rough', because work is work, not a hobby. Your father is an exception in this, for him his work is also his hobby.😁

I'll bet when you were younger you never thought your career change would be becoming a Farmer. But I am happy you did that. The world needs more Farmers. Its OK to freak out over a fire. Its OK for your stomach to do flip flops afterwards. But just remember the old saying about getting back on the horse when it bucks you off. I have seen you get back in the fray when an animal knocks you around. You've got guts you dont know you have.
