Sir thanks a lot for such an elaborate presentation of portal HTN May Allah bless you Just I have one question Why Linton shunting for NCPF or EHPVO will not cause encephalopathy as whole of the portal blood will be diverted via the shunt to systemic circulation without being detoxified due to obstruction distally in the portal vein or it’s branches ???
