I'm Autistic and I have been living in terror because the health care system is so messed up. So Im dealing with the mental health aspect that is associated Autism and ADHD as well as physical non-connected ailments. I cant get any treatment for the misalignment of my joints. My Drs are truly very corrupt and bad people. Especially when you have free health care. I see the difference in people that are wealthy and can afford real honest wholistic Drs vs. Drs that just want to drain your free insurance and insure they never heal you so you keep coming back. All they say is there is nothing they can do except lets chop up your body giving you surgery that is not needed to give you more side effects, risk, and put you on pain killers forever. Bless You and this channel for giving me some hope.

These were awesome. I just had a revision of my partial knee to a total and it changed 3-5 mm. However, my doctor says since it was all of a sudden my body feels like it’s an inch all at once and I shouldn’t notice a difference, but my body is compensating and then I’m trying to compensate by leaning to the longer or shorter side and it’s hurting my back and making me feel like I have this huge discrepancy between my legs. Will this help it? Are there any otherreasons why I feel like it’s a bigger discrepancy than what it really is? If so, is there any thing else you would suggest on top of these?

Does anyone else have on top of having a high hip also have the foot on that same side tilting outwards a lot? Not both feet, just that one? 45 degrees outwards! The broomstick exercise seems very good for me but all the others I fail at because I can't balance my leg with that foot. If I straighten that foot on the yoga block for example my knee caves in extremely. I can't do the Wall Push either. The high hip and foot pointing outwards is on my right side. So with this exercise I can't seem to train the glute on that side, I am just using the left glute instead. SpineCare if you are reading this, do you have any advice for me? Or perhaps can make a future video for people with a high hip while also having the foot underneath that hip pointing outwards? It prevents me from solving the issue! For now I will do the broomstick one daily.

Unless you get your pelvis reconstructed you cannot repair a shorter hanging leg. Length can be added as part of hip surgery when you get to that point.
@mtsflorida3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing. Coming from Life Chiropractic let me show you an adjustment technique I started several decades ago that many docs are using. It's a simple two main steps. 1) from prone slide the patient 2 inches from the knees hanging over a sturdy surface they can hold onto, pull the legs till the knees slightly hang over the edge, push the feet to the floor as the pelvis rises, this ensures correctness. Do it 5 times holding for 15 s. Next check leg length comparison from straight out to the glutes. If uneven repeat at while down toward the floor and pelvis held in place move the feet to the left and then right to see where the discomfort is. Usually the shorter leg. Lay patient on the opposite side with the knee brought up and their arms hugging put your knee in the loop holding the shoulder and pressing your weight on that pelvic mid section to re-align and gain motion and homeostasis. Recheck leg length and notice a straight posture with hip snd and shoulder level.
