Thank you!! I’ll check these out. 72yo, I’ve been going to a urologist abt 5 yrs, multiple tests, procedures. Wasted first 2-3 yrs trying drugs that didn’t work, insurance requirement, it’s cheaper. Physical therapy, I learned I do Kegels wrong, tighten front area only as though lifting toward ceiling, relaxing abdomen. Required forever. Do these as you lift heavy things, walk, sneeze, cough, all movements. I’ve reduced my issue, now doing the bladder training/timing technique. I believe it’s helping. Ladies, she has patients very young in their 20s, with no babies. Get help before it gets too bad. Don’t let ppl tell you you’re too young.

Thank you. I had this problem since 2012. No doctor was able to correctly diagnose it. All I hear is "dribble is normal" once I finish urinating.

I will try this exercise, thank you! Need your input about a shoulder that seems to have sudden sharp pain with occasional movements. It feels as if it is slipped out of joint. I tried your exercise using a folded towel, leaning shoulder against wall and that has helped, but not lately. I also tried another exercise from a different fellow on YT, like doing a standing push up at the wall or at the kitchen counter and that helped a little. (Shoulder had small surgery for bursa sack in 2003.) I am a fit 70 yo (not retired) gal who needs to do some arm weights but it hurts the shoulders. I would love any suggestions you might have. I have followed your channel for years and recommended your videos to several ppl. I love your sound advice & easy to understand. I hope your practice is booming. God bless you and yours. Skosh

I had a radical robotic prostatectomy a month ago. Just come out of wearing pads but still occassionally have a leak if my abdominal muscles contract suddenly eg cough, sneeze, sit down/stand up, etc so will try these.

thank you for your wonderful videos. I did these prior to my surgery on Dec 4 and re started them on dec 10 after my catheter was removed. I noticed that i get a leak a few seconds after i stand up from a sitting position. I wear adult diapers; i sleep most of the night without any leakage until I become active in the morning. any suggestions? is this normal?
