Me too ! Congratulations 🎊 I did find out that I needed to replace the Anti histamine action of the Nicotine I have MAST Cell and Hypermobile Ehler Danlos syndrome. Many of us got worse when cutting back smoking. Turns out the Nicotine was a key factor in keeping our over sensitive Nervous system calmer. Same for PTSD and CPTSD.

We were having this convo last saturday. All personal care products are (I suspect purposedly) full of harmful chemicals especially in "developing" countries although all we are developing is illnesess of every kind caused by toxic products present everywhere including our food, air and water.

Cotton is, as I understand it, most often treated with chemicals before any manufacturing, in addition, colouring processes may introduce even more toxins. This is why cotton textiles must be washed before use. Tampons are not washed before use

Females need to be taught NOT to use tampons and sanitary pads but to free bleed when they can, use reusable washable cloth pads, diva cups and the like, and washable period panties and also to be taught their cycles which is the most reliable form of birth control if followed

This is really interesting!!! However, I do like using tampons because it feels more clean and convenient. I will definitely be mulling this over. Just as a suggestion to anyone who it could help, my periods used to be heavy and painful, but it was solved when I started to use progesterone cream.

That IS a good analogy, I would say. Everything is out looking for food - then, overgrowth and excretions may be the big problem, if the excretions are toxic it may weaken the organism and then there is more food; a bad spiral

Hey Dr. Sam - Could you please do a video on Mast Cell Activation and Histamine Intolerance. My GP told me that it was fungal and put me on anti-fungal medication and body cream with steroids because my skin breaks out in rashes similar to seborrheic dermatitis. Myself and 2 sister in laws have lichen sclerosis. Women don’t always talk about this but that ratio is pretty high… . I don’t think many women even realise they have it. And I had it 5 years before it was diagnosed as the doctors didn’t seem aware of it back in 2002. I thought it was rare but so many videos on KZbin about it even for young women it seems to be quite common now. It’s got to be something to do with these products surely?

Thank you for your informative Video. The medical system seriously needs to be taken back from from the for profit petrochemical industry. Working near a major Maternity Hospital back in the day - it was very sad to hear of the issues with Toxic Shock and New Borns aka S.I.D.S. Dr.Bailey, I watch and follow your posts for 2-3 years. I was waiting for a football game to start and was looking at yt and saw this post. I watched it and I believe in terrain theory. My question is when my girlfriend and I make love and I perform cuniligus I wonder if I pick up some of her bodies waste. I’m not worried at all. I have never been afraid of getting dirty nor of germs. I figure the more exposure the stronger the immunity. I was born in ‘51 and got the required vaccines and when joining the army many lore. But since then I’ve not had any vaccines flu included and have never been sick. My last two doctors were trained 15-25 years ago and follow the old rules. Of which I decline. I lift weights often and eat mostly carnivore for the past 5 years and feel great. Sorry for the long spiel. I, as always, look forward for your next posts. Charlie
