Thank you doctor, I have been an AS (Seronegative) warrier , My PFT,ECG (all lungs & heart related Tests) are normal. It is rare for RA & AS to coexist. it will be difficult to tell you the exact reason of the hand joint stiffness without examination. Please see your rheumatologist to ascertain the exact cause.
