One needs to se if your AS is really active as you said your CRP is low. One needs to look for any other reasons of pain as well. If AS is active & there are no other reasons of pain biologics can be thought of.

Arthritis is affecting multiple joints & the same has reduced with the DMARD. Arthritis can affect multiple joints at different time points. Continue your medications & do not stop unless advised by your rheumatologist.
