I've been shamelessly procrastinating.... Being unproductive and passing time on social media.... Tried dozens of time to break this chain which is wreking me for so long but, I struggled to maintain the consistency! I planned many times- full of motivation that I'll be consistent with particular schedule. However, after few days of being productive and consistent I end up giving up. That's when I realized that consistency plays a key role! For me it's I either do it SO seriously or just DO NOTHING there's no in between which tbh is so depressing. But, now I have decided that I'm going to utilize 2023 to my full potential and even gonna track each day NO MATTER WHAT I'LL BE CONSISTENT! Even if I do just a single task I won't quit! I'll update how I am doing in here so guys please cheer up for me!🙂

Good evening shika g! Ek baat ye puchni hai ki... Suppose mai ye resolution leta hu ki mai 1 January se regular 1 ghanta "book reading" kiya karuga! To main 24 ghanto mai kisi bhi time 1 ghanta padh liya karoo ya phir Book reading ka 1 hour Koi particular (निश्चित ) time set karlu Behtar konsa tareeka rhega?

Time set karo alag se ki kab padhoge and one hour kaise nikaloge alag. To make it easy 15 mins to 1 hour ka time rakho ki jitna time hoga uske according daily book read karni hai.
