Hi doctor, I have one general query regarding Ecosprin. My doctor forgot to prescribe Ecosprin (aspirin tablet) when I was 12 weeks pregnant. When I went for check up in my 21 week she found my BP was high. It was 139/81. Then she wrote Ecosprin 150mg tablet a day. Now my 25th week is running, and my BP is 116/80. My question is whether my gynecologist had to reduce the dose of Ecosprin to 75 mg as BP is normal now, whether she forgot to reduce the dose, do I need to bring that to her notice?.or its common to prescribe 150mg for pregnant..Why I am asking this question is, because somewhere I read safe dose of Ecosprin for pregnant is only 75-80mg.
