after smoking a pack or more a day for 14 years i have quit. i am not a smoker anymore. this video reminded me of how a non smoker thinks. something i couldn't remember how to do after smoking my entire adult and most of my adolescent life. thank you. i am grateful for this resource.

Thanks a lot for this, Dr. Jones. It helped me a great deal. I have previously always failed to pass through day number 2 of my quitting smoking. As I am typing this, I am waltzing through day number 3 in full control of myself. I have a feeling, a very strong feeling I never had before, that now it's done. Each time the craving hits and I think about a cigarette, a feeling of excessive nausea comes to the fore: like I am practically going to puke if I smoke. That's it. Thanks a lot, boss, for this.

I have just done the exercise, I absolutely loved the whole scenario description on the beach and it made me feel really wonderful, now lets see what happens with the stop smoking . Thank you for sharing this exercise.

I am trying to quit smoking and I believe that this hypnosis I'd helping me. I listen to it at night when I go to bed. I always fall asleep because it relaxes me so much. I wear a cpap mask at night, so I can't do the deep breath holding, but it works all the same. Thank you, Steve G. Jones!

Hi Steve, I was eager to hear what you have to say about this topic. I'm preparing my own "Natural Breather" program and love other things you have done. What I found interesting was your many suggestions that the listener envision a time when they are doing something "without a cigarette." Won't the listener have to "reimagine" the cigarette first in order to see it's not there? It seems just like saying, "Imagine yourself enjoying the dinner without a pink elephant on your lap"? here's a few suggestions for giving up cigarettes worth trying Get motivation and help from family. Challenge youself - you will feel better by taking action - especially by doing activities which push your boundaries and this will keep your mind off cigarettes (I read these and more ideas on Avyan smoke tactics site )

I tried this method, but failed at the end of Day 1 when I smoked a rolled cigarette. I've been smoking for 7 years averaging 4 a day. I would love to be a non smoker but will power alone is failing me. How can I stop forever?

well to be perfectly honest I have a headache now but I don't want a cigarette so that's a plus I wonder how far I can take this without one everyday even when I chose to smoke but didn't have to I feel the need not to smoke more now but I do have ergs that just will not go away

This is about as bad a "hypnosis" session I've ever heard. I am-no wait, I will. Creating environments that may not apply to the listener, making demands (think of a place, etc.) RIGHT NOW, feel adrenaline-while you relax...just for starters. There's more but I can't be here all day.
