I use sleep hypnosis and guided meditations to get back to sleep in the middle of the night even more often than to fall asleep. If you have problems waking up too early, this will help you get back to sleep fast. #getbacktosleep #fallasleepfast

I love every one of the stories on your channel. I feel these ones should be labeled sleep hypnosis or sleep meditations rather than stories because they are a different type of story than a plot story, love them all

Chronic pain has no chance with your talent. Sleep is a must when you have pain. Pain gets worse without nightly rest. Pain can be less when you listen to The Sanctuary. Thank you

There’s two of these fall back videos both are very helpful in falling back to sleep and silencing the over active mind. Both are very similar but different enough to add variety. More please, pretty please.

Glad I found this one. I've found other videos to begin sleeping, but this one is the best one I've found to go BACK to sleep.

This is one of my regular go-to medications, this one & the other where there’s a old model stereo to turn the negative nob down. You’re a fantastic mental visual artist - I just made that up.! You effectively paint beautiful places in my mind.

Thanks for your soothing and effective sleep talks, Michelle. Two quick suggestions to increase merchandise sales. Add: “I fall asleep to Michelle” to the back of your Tee-shirts and hoodies. Also, why not add some sleep wear to your merchandise?

@@MichellesSanctuary I love your voice and your scripts as relaxation inducers, Michelle. As you know, insomnia is a global problem. If your Tee-shirts and hoodies had writing on the back surface (say...something like "Michelle lulls me to sleep" it would inspire conversation that would lead more people to your channel. You could even also offer the back-of-the-Tee message in Spanish, Mandarin and other languages. All the best to you.

Dear Michelle, Is there any way you could make a longer fall back asleep video for say between 3 and 5 hours long? I fall back asleep to you but when the video stops I wake. Thank you for all you do - it’s a big help.

I hope this helps too! The seasonal changes hit me every year and lately I am up twice a night. I wrote what I need to hear as well. It also seems once you expect this pattern, it becomes almost a self-fulfilling prophesy.

@@MichellesSanctuary this certainly did help , what i do is i keep your recordings on Auto play,as long as my subconscious mind is absorbing Your meditations i can stay asleep..and funny enough most of the time when i do end up waking up at night,is when my mobile does or connection is lost

@@mummamax1 had been on the sleep struggle for years, glad to say the only thing thats in my favor in 2020 is ma sleep is normal now I switched my diet took some multivitamins and most importantly workes on ma mental health by thinkimg positive,listening to meditations and some breath work definitely helps.. best of luck

It always takes me out of these videos from shock, who doesn't have their eyes closed already 8 minutes in? Sometimes my eyes are already closed during the add before the video. Sometime, when you are wide awake, set a timer and close your eyes for 5 minutes. If you are listening to something so you aren't board it is incredibly easy. There is nothing stopping anyone from having their eyes closed from seconds after they push play. Why wouldn't that be the default assumption?

Because there is a video component I can’t even recount the numbers of messages and emails I receive from people who do not close their eyes and watch the visuals. Particularly at a time when they are waking up in the middle of the night. I experience these the same as you- but we aren’t all the same. I’ve also heard from people who scroll the comments all the while it’s playing. So they may even receive the reminder reading out interaction right now.
