बेबी को कितनी बार और कितनी देर तक Breastfeed कराएं? | Dr Supriya Puranik & Dr Gazal Khan, Pune

नए माओ के मन यह प्रश्न काफी बार आता है की बेबी को कितने समय तक और कितनी बार स्तनपान कराना चाहिए ? (how often to breastfeed newborn) और रात में बेबी को breast milk देना चाहिए ? आज इस video में डॉ Supriya Puranik के साथ Dr Gazala जो की एक lactation consultant है, ,बेबी को कितनी बार और कितनी देर तक Breastfeed कराएं? इस बारेमें जानकारी देंगे। तो आइये जानते है इस बारेमें :
हर बच्चा शुरुवाती महीने में दिन में 8-12 स्तनपान (breastfeed) करता है और माँ breasfeeding 15-20 तक कर सकती है। इसका मतलब हर 2-3 घंटे में बच्चे को भूख लग जाती है। यह सिर्फ average पर इसका फैसला सिर्फ बेबी करता है। इसलिए बेबी को जब भूक लगी तब वह पीयेगी और जितना समय पीना है वह बेबी पे निर्भर करता है। इसे breasfeeding on demand कहते है।
यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण बात है की पहले ६ महीने बेबी को सिर्फ माँ का दूध ही पिलाना चाहिए या breasfeeding (स्तनपान) करवाना चाहिए क्योकि यह बच्चे केलिए काफी लाभदायी होता है।
How often to feed newborn at night? :
बच्चे को २-३ घंटे बाद breastfeed करना चाहिए और रात में भी breastfeeding करते रहना चाहिए।
Breastfeeding during diarrhoea in baby
काफी बार छोटे बेबीज को सर्दी ,जुकाम , diarrhea ऐसी छोटो छोटी बीमारिया होती रहती है जिसके कारन माँ बाप डर जाते है तब भी breasfeeding करते रहना चाहिए , उसके आलावा कुछ नहीं देना चाहिए। अगर माँ को भी सर्दी , खासी , जुकाम ऐसी शिकायते हो तो भी बच्चे को breasfeeding करना चाहिए।
Breastfeeding tips for working mothers
जो कामकाजी महिलाये होती है वह milk express करके रख सकती है। यह दूध आरामसे ४-६ घंटे तक room tempreture में रह सकता है। अगर वह दूध माँ store करके के fridge में रखना चाहती है तो 72 घंटे रख सकती है। अगर milkbank या defreezer में -१५ डिग्री पे रखोगे तो उसे तीन महीनेके तक स्टोर किया जा सकता है।
