My first PRL > 4000. There were only 3 things that I did in one and half months. First, I took Cabergo....., half tablet (0.25 mg) twice a week, from my doctor. Second, I took ASHWAGANDHA, 2100MG/3capsules (2/morning and 1/evening) . Third, I enjoyed on youtube's relaxing and healing (piano) music all the time (when sleeping also). My doctor thought that 28 ng/ml was an error from the lab about a week ago. She was order another test. The newest PRL was 14 ng (range 4 - 28.4) in one week apart. Since I am taking the Cabergoline (because of tumor's mass exists), I should stop (or scale down on) the ASHWAGANDHA. I though that I am an lucky one to avoid the surgery. Good luck everyone.

Hi Dr Tanvi. I just recently been diagnosed of having pituitary tumor with 538 prolactin level. With that being said, I have been taking apo-cabergoline twice a week for 2 weeks now. Hello mam my new blood test report is my Haemoglobin level- 12.3 g/dl Glucose(Fasting)level- 99 mg/dl FSH level-6.07 mlu/ml LH level-3.01 mlu/ml Prolactin level-39.22 ng/ml Insulin level- 29 Testosterone level-29.79 ng/dl. It's ok in report.
