You can do everything right but if you take birth control or any medications, it can affect the results no matter how healthy you eat. Alot of cosmetic products such as body cream with perfume, clothes detergent, scented candles, perfume affects with the unbalancing of hormones. All of those goes inside your pores and mix with your blood. Cut sugar as well

Yes it will effect ,first of all,u have crossed good healthy stage of pregnancy age...things are different especially with thyroid issues..u can manage but with heavy medication..the born kid will not have immunity ...if u have plans of pregnancy pls do it asap ..it's an experience i have seen within my friends circle...not to forget the imbalance of harmones ike estrogen, progesterone lies in TSH values as well...good luck
