For hormonal balance and general wellbeing Tried tested and I am successful. Achieved regular period cycle, achieved a healthy weight and maintaining weight, maintaining great health 1. Regulate your sleep cycle 10 pm to 6 am is the best 2. 5 days a week intermittent fasting 10 am to 6 pm 3. Healthy diet with protein fat fibre and carbohydrates preferably vegan food 4. Stress reduction with yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra 5. Sun exposure 5 times a week for 15 mins 6. Moon exposure 5 times a week for 30 mins 7. Bare feet walking on grass or natural ground or beach 30 mins 5 days a week 8. Drink hot water 2 glasses after waking up 1 glass before bed 9. Have a good hobby which you practice using hands like cooking, painting, pottery etc 10. Practice gratitude before sleep. Say thank you to your favourite god or universe or your family for all that you have in life. This is a very very simple list, if you follow for 6 months it will become a lifestyle. guys take Halim/gardencress/aliv seeds, take sesame seeds, Gondh, poppy seeds, foxnuts, chia every day..plus nowadays this biotin smoothie has become trend, there is nothing wrong in taking it regularly but in moderation(dry fuits/raisins, anjeer, dates, cashew, almond,pista, walnuts) ..

You can do everything right but if you take birth control or any medications, it can affect the results no matter how healthy you eat. Alot of cosmetic products such as body cream with perfume, clothes detergent, scented candles, perfume affects with the unbalancing of hormones. All of those goes inside your pores and mix with your blood. Cut sugar as well

I'm just confused about cutting out dairy - I've also heard it's not the best, however doesn't dairy like natural yoghurt contain probiotics and protein which helps the gut and hormones? Yes it will effect ,first of all,u have crossed good healthy stage of pregnancy age...things are different especially with thyroid issues..u can manage but with heavy medication..the born kid will not have immunity ...if u have plans of pregnancy pls do it asap ..it's an experience i have seen within my friends circle...not to forget the imbalance of harmones ike estrogen, progesterone lies in TSH values as well...good luck
