Agreed ka Doctor Tany. Greater self-awareness leads to greater self-confidence. People often feel less confident in new or potentially difficult situations. A few ways to quickly boost confidence levels include stopping comparing ourself to others, giving ourself a good pep talk, and surrounding ourself with positive people. Being aware of who we are, what we value, and what we're good at helps us to recognize our strengths/weaknesses, understand our emotions (so we don’t become second-handed to them), and separate what’s real from what’s perceived. Sometimes, the fear itself subsides simply from us realizing that even the worst possible outcome will be one we can push through. Self-awareness empowers by making us realizing our own self-efficacy and self-worth. Occasionally, I admit I am my own harshest critic. This is a great talk, Doctor Tany. 🌈✨🦋🌛💤

Thank you so much for sharing. 😀 I have a question about journaling. I try to write for quite sometimes already, but it still quite a challenge and I still don’t know if I’m getting it right. Sometimes I can feel that I can write a lot, but some days especially on days that I was very stress and anxious about work I find myself having difficulty writing in my journal. It’s like I could not find the right word to explain about what I’m feeling and sometimes it take days for me to finally realize what happen (3 days ago). Is this normal? 😂 I don’t know if other people are facing the same challenge. 😅

Probably you are just stressed out. Sometimes, writing whatever you feel or the actual event is good enough and this could help reflect things too.
