I will be having a lumpectomy in a couple of weeks. Not worry about the surgery, but I am very frightened of chemotherapy. I have invasive ductal carcinoma stage 1 triple positive. Hearing lots of horror stories about chemotherapy.

after lumpectomy, the result was DCIS comideo, cribriform, nuclear grade 3, size 2.5cm with suspecious invasive early stromal 0.4cm can you help us about this result, because the doctor said need another operation and that is mastectomy. Is it the right thing to do?
