Literally such a hack. Low calorie, high protein, tastes like a milkshake.
@drtoddsullivan9 ай бұрын
I completely agree and most people do not eat enough protein. It’s an easy hack.

Did you include walking and weight lifting in your regimen?
@drtoddsullivan11 ай бұрын
Yes I walk almost daily for 30 minutes per day. 10 minutes after each meal.

Include that in the video next time instead of calling it the #1 protein shake so people know

seems kind of obvious

Thanks for the video. Where do you buy these? Everywhere I look, they seem to be far more expensive.

Amazon, Wegmans, target, sheetz and Wawa gas stations.

I loved this until recently, the amount of plastics released in it just shouts problems to me. Hopefully they can change it.

What about the 8 grams of sugar. Isn't that a bit high?
@drtoddsullivan3 ай бұрын
Compared to what? A can of soda has 39 grams of sugar with no protein. A glass of milk has about 12 grams of sugar in 14oz. A well balanced meal has 7-10 grams of sugar with roughly the same amount of protein. If people tracked their macros they would realize they are eating way more sugar than they think.
@Knipper883 ай бұрын
If I’m remembering correctly the sugars are not added

I just had my first one of these. 42g Core Power Elite. Good God. gamechanger. They are expensive. They sure are, but they taste amazing. Is it as good as whey nah, but you could do worse than getting one of these a day

Yes it is and it tastes good as well.

Whey Protein Isolate powder is virtually lactose-free and you would be able to make your own shakes using just water or whatever milk works for you. Whey protein Concentrate is also good with a low-lactose level, but it all depends on your own body’s tolerance.
@drtoddsullivan9 ай бұрын
Yes it is and I used Hydro whey for a long time. I could still use it with Fairlife milk but it’s just another step. I love this product because it’s in a ready to drink package so it’s easy to consume on the go and they sell it at many gas stations like Wawa.
@captainRcornelius8 ай бұрын
Does it actually have 42g protein? I find it hard to believe but I want to know. How can you get 42g protein from just low fat filtered milk?
@drtoddsullivan8 ай бұрын
I’m not sure how they can prove it has 42g of protein. But this goes for any protein drink. How can you trust that muscle milk has 40g of protein? I’m sure companies have a way to measure it and support their claims or else it would be false advertising and they would be sued.
@captainRcornelius8 ай бұрын
@@drtoddsullivan thank you. I wondered the same but muscle milk at least tastes like it has 40g protein 😂 plus i believe it lists the added proteins in the ingredients.
@MacGbaby10 ай бұрын
Should prolly read that ingredient list my boy. Shit is no good
@drtoddsullivan10 ай бұрын
Sure ideally everything we eat would be 100% clean, natural and organic but that’s not reality. I eat clean and organic food 3 meals a day. If this is the worse thing I eat on a daily basis I’m fine with it.
@drtoddsullivan10 ай бұрын
Filtered Lowfat Grade A Milk, Contains Less Than 1% of: Natural Flavors, Lactase Enzyme, Acesulfame Potassium, Carrageenan, Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate, Sea Salt, Cellulose Gel, Cellulose Gum, Stevia Leaf Extract, Sucralose, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3…so less than 1% of natural flavors is the worse ingredient and that’s nothing compared to most food.
@MacGbaby10 ай бұрын
Try again buddy. Suclarose is a terrible artificial sweetener and carrageenan isn’t good for the gut and could potentially cause cancer if you have too much of it
@EvangelineMelody25 ай бұрын
@@drtoddsullivanwhat about the carrageenan? I heard it is an active cancer causing ingredient.
