It’s crazy my homeboy my brother Nick died EXACTLY LIKE THIS. He ran backs in the house to save a friends kids one was in a wheelchair, he brought the lil girl out and went back for the boy in the wheelchair, they never made it back out. whats your point? Funk music is almost nothing but synthesizers and it still has a lot of soul. besides my point wasn't that there weren't black pop singers or mainstream artist. my point is that if you name the top 5 black singers from the 90s or earlier and compare them two the top 5 black singers today you'll notice that todays artist are not really making soulful music, they are making pop music which, although catchy and entertaining, is by definition, soulless.

I miss my sister who was caught in a drive shooting on 5-9-23 and my nephew was shot as well he made it but my sister didn't make it. Now 2024 my nephew is about to graduate from 8th grade. His mother will never get to see him get his diploma out have kids. He still healing and recovering.
