I landed here by way of recommendations when I was looking up hygiene practices for using cling film. I am an indian and live in the suburbs of Mumbai. Gotta say Indians who move abroad don't really evolve culturally. Using a towel as a wrap for leavening dough is an indian practice dating back to pre 2000s. It's no longer done in cultured and well-off households here. I was under the assumption that when indians move abroad they quickly upgrade to the white (first world) standards. Guess, that's not always true.

most Indian restaurants in America are nasty and disgusting. My friend got food poisoning. and I got sick after eating Indian nasty food. I cook my own food now using a pressure cooker. Save me money and headache. I dont trust Indians cooking my food.
