I’m not too worried about Wemby’s core strength. I think it’s just his anatomy. He has a higher center of gravity, making him more prone to sudden changes in force. Only way to change that is for him to crouch more often, but won’t recommend it due to strain on the legs.

His 3 point shooting and addition of free throws after fouls will be the deciding factor… He needs to drive the paint more. When he Masters that, the Skies the limit. He will beat ALL of David Robinson’s records, including his 71 point game. Potentially Kobe’s 81.. but that one is tough! I don’t think he will beat Wilt’s 100 though! Wilt was basically the ONLY scorer on his teams, especially that year. Today’s NBA Championship Teams require at least 2 ALL-STARS and a third key role player, AND multiple good three point shooters. The Spurs are gonna be STACKED by the next season after our Draft. The only way he gets 100 is if nobody else scores.

His turnovers though, he needs to learn to keep that ball up, they cant knock it away if he does. Every time he drops it in a double team some little guy swipes it or he drops it off his leg. When he has more room to work his ball handling is nice, if he is tightly guarded he doesn't have much room with his frame, he needs to pass to re position.

Can't start castle and sochan as they are two of the worst shooters in nba. One bad shooter is ok, two makes playing defense against you very easy. Castle needs some time. Maybe barnes loses his spot eventually. Champagne or a better shooting castle hopefully will take it by end of year
