Yes! This is what I was talking about when you were trying to figure out your Venom print. The chest plate now can be Booleaned so you can just fit a piece in his chest after you have painted the pieces.

so far the only difference I notice in using boolean vs the legacy is that Boolean seems to want cleaner topology like a better project which makes it better for corners because it tries to give you an actual edge as oppose to all the triangles trying to make a corner... It has worked really well so far ...

I really love that Boolean feature, is helped me with a lot faster workflow, I’m also glad that we have the discord group, it answers so many questions when it comes to how to using the new functions. I do hope we get some modeling features within the next year or so, so I don’t have to use so many workarounds. Anyway thanks for the video.

I love your work and have been following you for about a week. I do have one request though if possible. I saw that you did a Batman lesson on Udemy. I just recently got skillshare because I saw you had more tutorials on there. Would it be possible to do something like Batman on that site as well? I am sure you can't do the same thing so maybe The Flash or something? I just saw your ending with Spider-Man, something tells me I went with the wrong website....lol. Damn, looks awesome.

Your classes is so helpful buddy, thanks. The way you teach is the best explained, 9.5 of 10, almost perfect. Is possible in this version use layers or bones to animate the model to use in a game to walk, run, jump etc...?

As for your iPad heating up, sounds like you have hidden updates. Go back to app updates and pull down on the page to refresh and see hidden updates. Should help a lot. Something me and another former Apple Tech lobbied to share with customers for years. New updated addons in Blender btw, fir isometrics that I think you’ll like. Have a spin around KZbin when you get a chance!

I just looked into this because I was thinking about upgrading my iPad but heard about his heating problem in the other video 😹 it sounds like the overheating issue shouldn’t be happening at all (especially not so frequent) and Dave should take his iPad into the Genius Bar! Which is always a huge pain but sometimes you get a free iPad out of it if you have apple care.

@@Surimi888 erm no. It is a waste of time to bring iPads or any apple device into the store if it’s just a overheating issue. And they will never give you a free iPad for overheating. Apple care or no. I’m the near decade I worked for Apple this was never a thing. It should not be overheating correct but about 98% of the time it’s software related. Such as what I mentioned, hidden updates or things like creative cloud or if he’s like me, I am a digital hoarder. I almost never close browser windows..these all cause overheating. If he takes it in they will make him factory reset and and have him try to narrow Dow what’s causing the issue. All stuff you can do on your own or with Apple while at home. But as they have cut down on how many times you can use your Apple Care for replacements they try to make sure they replace for something serious ie a cracked screen. They also don’t update or downgrade , so again, waste of time and money to bring it in for software related issues.

I can't find UVmap when exporting OBJ files. Please show me!

Choose 2 objects, unmark it both and voxel and you get same intersecting part left. That is the old way.
