It is so true what you said about oily skin. There are no rules to makeup. I have dry skin so afraid of using a matte lipstick or using any face powder. I forgot about Catrice Cosmetics need to check them out,

IMO, Milani's rose lip mask (in the pot) is a dupe for Jouer's essential lip enhancer ( may not have the name right). Try it - it's incredible!

Love this video! It makes me feel great to use drugstore products to save my coin, but that work like high-end products, so you get the quality! Thank you for mentioning that we all have texture, and that we notice things about our face/skin that others don't...I needed to be reminded of that, that I don't need to aim for Perfection when applying my face products! Especially now that I will be returning to work soon - I just won't have the time to fuss!

I had my perfect brow combo with ABH brow pencil in Taupe & Glossier Boy Brow in Blonde. I tried a lot of drugstore & Benefit brow products & the ABH/Boy Brow combo were the 2 that worked to give me the look I wanted. On a whim, I tried the Nyx brow pen in Taupe & really liked it. It looked great with the Boy Brow soI just picked up their brow gel in a couple different shades ( I think cool blonde will end up working) & when I run out of Boy Brow, that will replace it. I still like the ABH brow pencil the best & haven't found a drugstore option that matches it in texture & color but I don't burn thru brow pencils that fast & I'm super happy to have replaced 2 out of 3 items with much more affordable alternatives. I already use drugstore mascara, concealer & foundation. And my favorite clear brow gel is Ulta house brand.The majority of my makeup is made up of Indie Brands & drugstore now. Some things you really don't need to pay extra for to get good quality :)

For the Nyx brow gel, I wonder if you could save a wand from say, the Elf Wow brow, and just use that wand in place of the wand that comes with the Nyx? I mean, keep the Nyx one obviously in the product, but just use a different wand for application? Because my brows are beyond sparse! Basically nonexistent lol. But I like to use the Elf Wow Brow because the wand is small and I do like the formula. But would love to try that one from Nyx!

I would say they kind of have a vanilla/shea butter scent! They are definitely different than the tinted lip balms because I would say those are more fruity!

Happy Tuesday, Andrea!! I tried the Flower Beauty foundation, and I just wasn't a fan. Too dark, even in their lightest shade. Same with the concealer. Fair was totally not fair!! Maybe medium lol! But, the Milani and Colourpop lippies are amazing!! I really also love Elf's primer. I love many of these products. I would love to try the Catrice highlighter, but I really do not need to order anymore lol!! Great video!! 💚💜💗

I bought the elf powder foundation. I got the same shade I use in the cc cream and it’s too dark. The shade below it is way too light. Wish I had a shade.

I feel like the shade range is good but the undertones are a little bit confusing! I ended up wearing shades quite a bit darker than I normally wear in their complexion products!

Talking of the ELF powder, I have fair 120N & it's too light on me. I typically go w/either the shades porcelain or fair regardless the formula but this is way light on me. I have a HORRIBLE time getting my correct undertone 4 some reason. I would say I'm cool-neutral. What shade do U recommend??

I agree that the undertones are a little bit off in this line! I feel like it was the same case for the cc cream. I thought I would be 140 but it was way too late for me! I’ve been mixing light 205N and light 210N. I would say Fair 150C might be a better option for you but I think that one still leans pretty light!

Yes! I thought it might not be ideal under powder foundations but in this video I’m wearing the Power Grip Primer with the elf Powder foundation and it goes on really nicely over it!
