This is all I need. More meds to slow me down so I can’t exercise and to add weight so that my heart has to deal with even more of me. They tell you to exercise for a healthy heart. Kind of hard to do when I can’t walk a block because of the medication.

It has caused extreme weight gain for me. The doctor said even 10 lb. loss would have huge benefit. Well would 100 lb weight gain over 10 years have negative effect?
