this drug is a good substitute for Xanax/Alprazolam for me, almost 0 side effects and handled my anxiety with nausea and panic attacks pretty well...

Hey Garrett, Did you know that gravol is 54.5-57% diphenhydramine (benadryl) and the rest is made up of 8-chlorotheophylline and fillers. Once I figured that out, I just buy benadryl so I can get the API and avoid the caffeine (me and caffeine aren't a good combo).

Been taking this(half of a pill) everyday for anxiety as my anxiety makes me nauseous now i am concerned if taking gravol everyday will hurt me

I don’t think so, especially considering you’re on a lower dose. I got prescribed it for my nausea from anxiety too but it gave me really bad gas pain agh.

@@starjumper I normally take it to prevent nausea or vomiting bc when I vommit it feels like my lungs stop working I can’t breath n it’s anxiety inducing for me

I’m good with benadryl (just makes me a little drowsy and more relaxed) but I took Dimenhydrinate (dramamine) the first time today cause I was prescribed it and all day i’ve had horrible gas pain. Is that a typical side effect?

i always thought i read on the gravol box that it was a ginger extract i guess there is a compound in there that they dose by or they mention ginger cuz that is where the compound comes from. i had a coworker years ago that said when he was in his drug addiction when he was like 18 he either sniffed or just took a whole bunch of gravel like a whole box and he said the effects were delirium. he saw things that wernt there and over all had a bad trip sounded similar to detura experiences i have read about. anyway just thought it was interesting if u take a lot of gravol it has a delirious effect.

There is the regular gravol which has the pink and white box, and a ginger, non drowsy formulation that comes in a green, yellow and white box and is labelled as gravol ginger on the box.

Regular Gravol has diphenhydramine which is sedating.... Although some people expiriencd a polar effect.
