School bands should be encouraging their students to watch your videos. Thank you for demonstrating and giving us the ability to practice along with you. I hope you're doing well its been awhile since you've made another video.

This was an amazing lesson. Slow enough to know what the hell you are doing and then the text to see it as well. Very good job. Thank you for taking the time to post.

I learned them all (thanks again!) plus created two of my own based on paradiddle diddles (RLrrll and rrllRL). they create a 6 against 4 polyrhythm when played as 16ths 1. RL rlr ll RL rlr ll + RLRL and 2. rlr ll RL rlr ll RL+ RLRL

Great lesson! I love adding rudiments to fills 'cause it gives an illusion that I'm a good drummer hahah. Sick groove in the end! You have the feel man

Another thing that works well with these is rather than repeat each version twice mix and match them. For example do the paradiddle version over beats 1 and 2 then the reverse paradiddle (or inverted etc) over beats 3 and 4.-- Rl rlr LRll + rlr LRll Rl

Super lesson. I like the way you teach and have subscribed. As one person said I have never like paradiddles. But just learning about the other kinds is fun. It will take me three months to ingrain these. You are playing these as 32nd notes at the tempo you were playing correct?

all your lessons are really very helpful, thank you! I have noticed that your fulcrum is not where it was on the other videos of yours. Your index finger and the thumb are relaxing at the moment of impact. Are you using your middle finger as fulcrum now? I have read that most of the really great drummers are moving their fulcrum to accomplish different tasks when playing.

you put stuff in an 11-minute video, which would also fit in a 5-minute. its kinda boring to watch. great exercise anyway!
