I really like his take on just playing consistently for 10 mins straight. I really think it’s important to be able to play a solid back beat. Especially nowadays where everything is so flashy! He is right, for drummers it can be hard, because we can be easily replaced by logic and songs kinda get away with it in the industry nowadays. Whereas most other instruments sound terrible in programs like logic! And I like that he said Radiohead in the end 😁 Nice questions! Well done Laura! 👍🏾

Ezravagant. com ah thanks so much Ezra! Yeah I agree such an important perspective re getting a solid groove. I mean really how many of us can do that! Sit down and play the same thing for even 5 minute and just make the simplest thing sound great because it’s so consistent and steady.
