this build goes under the rader because bad/new/lazy players get turned off from it because of the learning curve and setup. but bard is just too good right now. way too many options, this build is S tier in solos and alot of ppl think bard is only good in groups

Bard is 100% viable in solo play, BUT ranger and fighter are probably easier/more meta viable since you have way less down time and access to things like high plate DR and traps/longbows

Im kinda new I enjoy bard a lot but its not the learning curve thats actually fun... The turn off is playing a class where the S tier play style is throwing drums its very unappealing that this is peak bard gameplay.

honestly don't like that throwing drums is the best or even a viable strategy. can't see how the devs intended for bard to play like this

Probably didn't, but as bard continues to see nerfs I don't think it will see play like this forever. It also takes up a lot of inventory space.
