I am a over a decade metal, rap, pop producer. I’ve worked with some of the upper in the hierarchy guys in fun ways throughout my career. I would love this plugin because I am eager to find ways to use it, that could change drum processing as we know it! I’ve worked in a few commercial studios, homemade studios, bedrooms. Just about it all. I want to build my own location and brand from a fresh, young adult perspective. And I feel like tools like this will help me build my personal studio rig I’m building. I’ve shared mine for many years with my twin brother/audio partner Shaun.

Id guess they didnt add a room tops because they offer the DF-Clarify plug in that basically adds presenece and high end to a drum kit. Clarify works really well too. Especially if you arent recording live drums,it adds life to digital drums. Im betting having this on a drum track,then floow it up with Clarify and youd have excellent sounding drums. Thats not even considering if you have their compressor and transient shaper plug ins and added them into a chain wirh this and Clarify

I already bought the plugin, but just a little bit of criticism on the review/demo. There wasn’t a single time that you turned up the punch knob past half or used the tone knob beyond +/- 10, and while I understand that you’re doing it to your own taste, it didn’t really give perspective on what those parameters really do for people watching. The plugin is a solid deal regardless!

Tbh I'm not a big fan of this type of “soundgoodizer” plugin. Of course it’s possible to get good sound out of it but not being able to have more control always feels off.
@JamesZhan4 жыл бұрын
What's wrong with soundgoodizer plugins? Why would you rather work with something that takes more effort to get a good sound out of? A lot of people love analog gear because they think analog gear just has this "mojo" that makes things sound good, so it's good to have plugins that offer something similar in the digital land. Plus, as the official product page suggests, this plugin is more about getting that final 10%, but not about having all the control :)
