Wow guys. A true expedition to the past when in the middle of the prairie appears the Horseshoe Canyon. That wonderful place created by nature millons of years ago. I who am very dramatic would expect to find snakes , bats or even scorpions in each of those deep crevices. Drumheller's Hoodoos, which also exist in other places of the planet under different names are still the subject of scientific research today. Peter, nice to hear you say the word "siesta" instead of "nap", very well pronounced, as we do in my country. My language is Spanish just like in Spain but our pronunciation is very diferent. Another amazing video. You never disappoint. Bye sweeties.

We used to go to the badlands in Chiricahua National Monument regularly. It looks so similar: hoodoos, balancing rocks, and ravines, but with more vegetation. It's ironic that the badlands in Alberta are more barren than the ones in Arizona.

That's so true. In Europe everything feels small and cramped into small space while in Canada some places look never-ending. Somehow nature in North America looks bigger. Huge mountains, big waterfalls, powerful rivers and now these canyons. It was very interesting to see.

Wow. I had no idea there are badlands in Canada. I thought they were trees and mountains. When I visited Calgary years ago I flew AirCanada back to Seattle Washington. I was surprised that the plane was driven by propellers; I didn't know they made them anymore but for short flights it makes more sense than jets. Great travel log guys.

Thank you, Robert. It's so cool that there are also these kinds of landscapes in Canada. The propeller airplanes are used quite often for shorter flights in Canada. They even have seaplanes!

A fascinating video. Never thought there would be this type of terrain in Canada. It's reminds me of some areas in the western USA. I find the canyons most interesting also. I knew there were prairies in Canada but nothing like this. Glad you took us there. On your list of places to visit, I think you should think about Grand Canyon in Arizona. It is one of those places you will never forget because of it's vastness and rugged beauty. It is amazing that cacti even grow in Canada. Thanks again for a very informative video. I can tell you are still enjoying your vacation. Take care. Tony

Hi guys! I want to reffer on your previous video about Canadian houses, that they look old. They look like that because they are assembley ( I dont know if this is right word). They want to be finished very quickly. We have, in my home town a Canadian settlement where the houses were built in Canadian style. Very quick, so thats probably why they look old. i hope you will understand what I meant to say.
@tommyandpeter2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dora. We know what you mean 😉 But the style probably doesn't have to be old-fashioned on these assembled houses.
