People say Sumeru battle themes are the best of Genshin, but I argue that Duel in the Mist was the beginning of Hoyo-mix flexing their abilities on casual music that you hear every time you play.

I love how those drums basically sounded a bit like thunder, gives me chills every time listening to this music. And that darn stop before the Shakuhachi starts playing. This is my favorite battle theme in Genshin Impact

You might have seen it by now but there was a "making of Inazuma's OST" video that was fascinating to watch. Apparently those shamisen players are among the best in Japan and the parts written for them were still so difficult for them to play that it took a lot of tries to get a recording with no mistakes.

Massive respect for knowing the name of the instruments! A lot of other reactors who watch these don't know the names, which is fine and all, but i wish they'd at least go the extra step of looking it up prior to the video or even after the video.

Ok. You have done Boss battles a lot. The thing is, Genshin not only has amazing Battle, high energy themes... It also has really cool atmospheric soundtracks. Listen to Liyue , For Riddles for wonders, any Mondstadt, Liyue Inazuma or Sumeru city themes, Port Ormos theme and maybe the atmospheric tracks from Enkanomiya. Oh, and a very special suggestion. There was this special Event that existed for just over a month in Genshin 7-8 months ago. That event had This Disney princesses fairyland type castle with it's own atmospheric soundtracks and battle theme... All dedicated for just one character and was temporary. The battle theme was called "Die Mittsommernacht-fantasie" and it was an absolute banger. Highly recommended.

Great ost, just like the game. How cool these “drops” sound when, at the moment of reset, instead of completing the part and dropping the song, they stop the melody, and because of this, the sound of the song becomes many times better, as an example, you can take the 2nd phase of the battle with the raiden , very cool. The best way to drop a beat is not to do it, right? X)

I recommend listening to Evergreen Wish from Genshin. Apparently it's the Sumeru City theme but I hardly play the game anymore so I don't exactly know. But what I do know it's an amazing piece. Very chill, amazing melody. One of my favourite pieces from Genshin along with Another Hopeful Tomorrow.
