What I find wild is that he is just playing the drum part of a song and still got a copyright. How good of a drummer do you have to be to be so dead on without the music and KZbin pick it up and mute a vid. Unreal!!! KZbin you should just give props to this guy and let the drums be heard.

Money for Nothing is actually my all time favorite song. I remember singing that song from the mid 80's when it came out into the late 90's while working in a cabinet shop making custom kitchens. What makes it my all time favorite is I went from custom kitchens to now building high guitars the past 10 years so I feel like I lived the song! There is no way that you could stop me from singing that song whenever it comes on the radio and yes I only sing the original uncensored lyrics!

Video Killed the Radio Star was the first video on MtV. Great video, man. Loved it. This is the first time I've ever hear anyone say "Hot for the teacher". As dumb and unreasonable as it sounds, it actually made me angry. Lol. I kept thinking, bro, we LIVED in that moment... why are you saying THE?! Lmao. Sorry. Haha. Love the video, brother. Jorge is by far the greatest drummer to ever live. Technically speaking, there's never been better. Not sure about a contributor in a band setting, but I know that technically, there's no one that can do what he does. He's perfected the drums, literally.

Here's a fun fact for you did you know that Ringo Starr was on shining Time station and so was George Carlin two people I would never think in my life that would be on a PBS program but they did it and I loved it as a kid absolutely loved it I couldn't get enough of it as a kid

People refer to Van Halen using a Lamborghini because Eddie said in an interview that he owned 1972 Lamborghini Miura and he DID use the exhaust from the car in the song "Panama" during the breakdown when the lyric says "Yeah we're running a little hot tonight..." In fact if you like Van Halen at all, or just maybe don't realize how influential Eddie was for pretty much ALL music today, the Smithsonian did a fantastic interview with Eddie in 2018 that is well worth a watch.

Like, his isolated drum tracks don't seem to make a whole lot of sense, but they're always awesome, and fit so damned well with the rest of Gojira as a whole. I always assumed that the start of the intro to Eyeless was sourced from Amen Break by the Winstons from 1969. But as neither of you two experts caught that, I am sure I am wrong XD And now I am not sure anymore. It's in a lot of dnb. Edit: And yes omg, Dire straits is my favorite band. When I watched his video none of the audio clips were cut out. Weird about the audio cut though because he didn’t use any recordings. It was just him playing short drum parts. Even if he had used the recorded audio, the clips are short enough to avoid copyright. This is just YT over-reaching.
