My fave has always been Ashes of the Wake. The pure instrumentality of it is nuts. Over 5 minutes of a sick ass wordless journey you fill with your own imagination. Second fave is prolly Redneck.

The first song I ever heard from Lamb of God was a random limewire download of "Again We Ride" back in middle school. I've been hooked since. Just recently seen them live and they DO NOT disappoint. Personal favorites include bit are not limited to (Ruin, Dead Seeds, Broken Hands, Contractor, Laid to Rest, Desolation, Undertow, Blackened the Cursed Sun, Ghost Shaped People, Overlord, Invictus) Need I go on?

Their Killadelphia live album is one of the best live metal albums ever in my opinion. Unbelievably tight playing, especially for how wasted Randy was for the show. Bloodletting, Terror and Hubris in the House of Frank Pollard, and The Subtle Arts of Murder and Persuasion are all highlights on the album for me

I've been into Thrash since Exodus and Slayer first formed, but I thought modern metal was garbage until I heard Ashes of the Wake when it came out. These guys were keeping the faith, but I haven't much liked anything they put out recently. Exodus is still killing it.
