Do it with both hands tho... I got the feeling that because I only do it with my stronger hand (right) I had to exercise my left hand much more... No one ever talks about it (guess why lol) but I think this does in fact play a huge role...

Hah... I haven't yet heard someone of this exposure explain all the aspects of the moeller stroke except for Jojo Mayer. For more depth on moeller technique, check out Jojo's Secret Weapons for the Modern drummer DVD.

no hes not, he just does it on a much smaller scale and uses a lot more of his finger muscles

no it's the same tecnique but when it is speeded up the motıon of the hands get less...
