Um actually the books take place between 1991 and 1998. Well technically 1981 (chapter 1 book 1. starts off on November 1st 1981 Jumps ahead 10 years to 1991) and 2017 (2017 is when the epilogue takes place. September 1 2017). But the main crux of the story takes place between 1991 and 1998. Which one chapter taking place in 1981 and one taking place in 2017.

I discovered your channel 2 days ago (it appeared in my 'recommended' feed) and I'm mightily pleased I did. Our group (UNIT) recorded a Potter themed track called Ravenclaw Rules and shoved it on our You Tube channel which is probably how your channel came to be recommended. I've only watched half a dozen so far but your 25 minute epic If Harry Potter Was An Aussie (or whatever it's called) is a work of sheer genius...as is this one. Because you speak so quickly and the edits are so fast, I have to stop, rewind and play again to catch it all. This is because I'm a typically slow witted Briton. However, to compensate, I've supported the Aussie cricket team since the 1980s (you have the world's greatest batsman - Don Bradman - and the world's greatest bowler - Shane Warne) and, better still, you have Aussie Rules Football! A punch-up in nearly every match - bonzer, mate. What I especially enjoy about these Potter videos is it is evident you're really familiar with the material (the films and Hogwarts Legacy at least) in order to be able to select the best clips and insert your splendid dialogue / responses. Ye gods, they must take bloody hours and hours to create. I really do appreciate the time, effort and energy you expend on these videos although sometimes I wish you'd speak just a little bit slower! Oh yes - and I've just subscribed.
