On November 23, 2022, an officer was surveilling a residence for a possible female suspect in La Crosse, WI. She was on bond for one felony and five misdemeanors, as well as having multiple active warrants. The officer followed her vehicle as she left the residence. She eventually abandoned her car and fled on foot, only to be apprehended quickly. Once she realized her fate, she pretended to experience a medical complication to avoid being sent to jail.

@@grayrabbit2211 Yeah, I see the "I can't breathe" gambit in so many of these kinds of videos, usually delivered at the top of their lungs, repeatedly. I’m a med professional with respiratory specialty, she can breathe. She’s taking easy clear intake breaths between forcing the air in and out to get the sound of wheezing and poor breathing. She also couldn’t scream if she truly couldn’t breathe. Which she does at a couple of points. Plus the remarkable recovery without medical intervention (nebulisers, oxygen etc) and the clear ability to speak when they arrive at the jail proves she could breathe perfectly well all along. Anyone with practice can do this, but I highly recommend against it. It can trigger a true breathing emergency and cause damage to your airways and lungs.

Bail isn't a 'punishment', bail is ONLY a way of ensuring people return to court to be found innocent or guilty.. it is easier to find people now, so no need to hold them in jail at a huge taxpayer cost (about $50k per person jailed) until the court date, leading to lower bonds these days. The court balances how likely they are to return to court vs the cost associated with housing them until then, if they dont show up for court, the court can issue a warrant and wait for them to get pulled over, it is a lot cheaper compared to the cost of jail, and they still face justice, might delay it a bit, but big deal. As far as having bail-jumping charges, they are innocent until proven guilty. You cant give her a higher bond for violating bond when she hasn't been proven guilty of fleeing bond, once she is proven guilty, then she is fined the signature bond amount. They also factor in what they did when they didn't appear for court, if they just stayed in the same area, then why increase bond and waste more taxpayer funds, if they fled to a different state.. then that is different. Just laying out why this happens, not saying I agree with it

I'll never get over how everyone that's featured on this channel gets released on ridiculously low bonds.

She deserves 6 months forced sobriety in jail for this stunt. Junkies will do ANYTHING to avoid foced sobriety. Its the most terrifying thing in the world to them.

I love how the officers don’t give a crap about her fake drama! She’s trying to act like she’s dying, but how long does it take to die? She’s been making random noises for like 15 minutes!
