He then stopped at a green light and physically blocked the off-duty officer from passing him. Then walks out of his car with a concealed hand and walks towards the officer. Wtf do you expect to happen?? The officer pulled out his gun because this road-raging maniac just blocked a street on a green light and walked up to his car with his hand hidden in his pocket. For me it's not how the off duty cop reacted, it's how the rest of the squad automatically believes the off duty cop/let's him drive away from the scene uninterrupted. Sure the cops probably were on the phone with him confirming his side of the story, and they probably didn't want to stop him from getting into work, but it's pretty bizarre to be that loose when guns are involved. If a civilian would never be given that kind of relaxed treatment after pointing/brandishing a gun, an off duty cop definitely shouldn't.

the, "off duty you're nothing" isn't true. You get certified in your state through a state ran academy which is true for every state as far as I know. You are then just always a cop, you get a take home badge from your department and police ID making you always a cop on or off duty with your employer. You would only not be a cop off duty is your certification was not a state sanctioned Certificate. I have a state issued Fire fighter 1 & 2 certificates which always makes me a firefighter in my state whether I'm on the job or not.

More often than not, those who are smoking methamphetamines are taking it for recreational purposes. In my opinion, he is in disbelief that, out of every drug you could get your hands on, especially in the United States where dextroamphetamine is given out like candies by doctors, they chose to pick methamphetamines. There are a wide range of analogue amphetamines that are cheaper with less recreational usage, and yet these abusers, chose meth, why? For recreational purposes.

Here they dismiss all the misdemeanor charges to get him to plead guilty and not go to trial for the felony charges… basically they mail you with all the charges they possibly can to make it look better to the suspect and make them think that by not going to court and pleading guilty is a better option…. So we’ll drop these 10 charges if you plead guilty to these 2 charges which were the only ones they REALLY wanted to mail you on to begin with…. It just looks like a sweeter deal… it’s just filler…. PLUS its read in meaning they can use it against you in future cases so it CAN be brought up again…. And ALSO if they do choose to go to trial and they lose their case they’re going to get nailed with all those charges and if you go to trial and lose there’s a good chance you’re getting the max time for each offense….
