@030terror I worked many yrs as a barmaid. He wasn't necessarily drunk but he was certainly on the high side of buzzing. If I'd been working the bar, I'd have certainly taken his keys & called a car service or a cab for his ride home/hotel/etc... The 1 thing most Americans (I'm US citizen too but known many foreigners thro' bar work) forget is that pubs in Europe are the place to relax w/friends & drink a few pints, shoot billiards, & go home. Most have higher alcohol tolerance than most in USA

@030terror I have experienced almost every type of "drunk" individual you can think of. Yes being heavily under the influence is a gateway for so much wrong to come in, but there are plenty of people who can control their intakes and remain civilized to themselves. I can respect those who choose to drink yet will not cause mayhem to themselves or others. Here we have Rob displaying just that, he didn't throw one idiotic move from simply being under the influence he was even still polite.
