Isaac reminds me of my roommate that I had my first year of college. He was a complete alcoholic and it caused me a lot of trouble. Stop underage drinking! You know, you have a point when you say that if Sarah did not do anything about what Isaac did, she would be just as guilty as him. But from Isaac's truthful point of view, both are equally guilty as charged since yes, they could've dialled 911 to send an ambulance, but if it was like that, as Isaac said, the police would show up alongside the ambulance and all they'd see is 2 underage teens under the influence who just fatally ran someone over. Also, yes, it was an accident, but as Isaac said, it's still considered manslaughter since they both were under the influence, but not just any sort of manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter. That's not even mentioning that they drove away after running him over, making Sarah an accessory to the crime, so how come she did not get charged with being an accessory after the fact to Isaac's crime unless you say so otherwise?
