Based on grandpa's statement of they take care of their "grand-daughter/daughter", this seems like a case of grandparents raising their kid's kid. Grandpa looks to be at least in his 70s and is using a cane... The parents should be raising this girl, not the grandparents. Go after the girl but cut them some slack.

I usually do not believe them, but in there case I do for some reason.....in dallas on the gtoger channel (dead now for new vids) there were always scammers taking cash from people to park where they would be towed and while these people did not say they paid the guy there are people that will tell people stuff just to have them get screwed or because they just want to tell them what they want to hear.....sadly just how the world is

Another case of "I saw the signs but some guy or woman told me that it was OK if I parked there". Gatlinburg must have a slew of people imparting improper information to people looking for spots to park. Your wife seems to be not only a great life partner but an excellent work partner. (Referring to you driving truck back to customer) Just a heads up for some vehicles no idea what ones besides my truck that do that. Who can't drive a stick? Especially a tow company owners wife, I taught all my children to drive on a stick, unless you can drive a manual transmission you don't really know how to drive, automatics are only steering, used to be that all cars came manual, if you wanted automatic you had to special order it, if it was even available, wasn't terribly long ago it was that way😂😂
